Numerous anxiety disorders exist, and vary in how that may manifest or affect your life. How is anxiety treated?
Treatment for anxiety is generally found in psychotherapy, medication, or both. By tailoring treatment for anxiety to your specific needs, the therapy will be much more effective. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a very successful form of therapy in which we teach patients to think differently during situations, and about their anxieties.
