Mary Ruth Cross is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Counselor Educator with over 30 years experience in the mental health field. Mary Ruth has provided counselor education with the University of Phoenix Bay Area Campus. She has also been on faculty with John F. Kennedy University and been a nationally recognized speaker on play therapy. She works in private practice in San Ramon CA and is the CEO and Owner for Treehouse Family Counseling Services, PC where she trains and supervises associates. Mary Ruth is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.
Mary Ruth is also the founder of Cross Play Therapy Consulting, which helps train play therapists through the RPT credentialing process.
